Returns & Exchanges

At Papinelle, we want you to love your sleepwear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return full-priced items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
